TraceGains Supplier Management Module

  1. Complete Implementation of Supplier Management module.

    • Loading suppliers & items (ingredients, packaging) into TraceGains.

    • Building TraceGains implementation Excel spreadsheet/workbook.

    • Set document requirements for different types of suppliers and items.

  2. Work with non-compliant suppliers to get all locations and items connected in TraceGains Gather.

  3. Communicate with suppliers to obtain missing documentation to improve overall compliance.

  4. Review, reject, and approve supplier documentation.​​

 

TraceGains Supplier Compliance Module

  1. Zone Certificates of Analysis so data from CoA’s can be read and pulled into TraceGains.

  2. Set up attributes and create TraceStations to depict data.

  3. Create dashboards to track critical data.

  4. *TraceGains Supplier Management must be implemented and in good standing*

 

 

TraceGains Specification Management Module

  1. Review supplier specifications for attributes most important to item.

  2. Data entry for TraceGains implementation workbook.

  3. Set up attributes and create TraceStations to depict data.

  4. Create dashboards to track critical data.

  5. *TraceGains Supplier Management must be implemented and in good standing*

 

TraceGains Formula Management Module

  1. Data entry for TraceGains implementation workbook.

  2. *TraceGains Supplier Management must be implemented and in good standing*

TraceGains Quality Management Module

  1. Review existing quality documents, programs, forms, & logs and create a digital version in TraceGains.

  2. Set up attributes and create TraceStations to depict data.

  3. Build requirements for quality programs in TraceGains.

  4. Create dashboards to track critical data.

  5. Upload or digitize other quality documentation (Audit, SOP’s, HACCP, etc…) into TraceGains Quality Management for version control.

 

Customer Management Module

  1. Manage all functions in Customer Management.

    • Add non-TraceGains customers, locations, and items to system.

    • Link locations and items to specific customers.

    • Configuration of system to indicate which documents will be shared with non- TraceGains customers.

    • Fulfill pending requests.

      • Upload documents

      • Complete questionnaires.

TraceGains Gather

  1. Manage all functions in TraceGains Gather.

    • Add locations and items.

    • Review and accept all customer location & item requests.

    • Fulfill pending requests.

      • Upload documents

      • Complete standard TraceGains questionnaires.

    • ​Configuration of system to indicate which information & documents will be visible on  TraceGains Marketplace.

  2. Clean-up TraceGains Gather account.

    • Break existing connections and working with customers to make new connections during acquisitions, mergers, or plant closures.

    • Consolidation of duplicate items to enhance TraceGains PostOnce capabilities.

Additional TraceGains Support

  1. ESB Compliance can do the full implementation or act in a “project manager” role to advise.

  2. Continuing management of TraceGains Modules.

    • Long term if company doesn’t want to manage.

    • Short term if rapid increased overall compliance is needed or if temporarily short staffed.

  3. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation.

  4. Employee Training & Support.
