PaKou Lee

After graduating from UW-Green Bay with a degree in Human Biology - Nutrition, PaKou started her career in the food industry at a food testing lab, Food Safety Net Services. She then moved to a different side of the food industry as a plant quality assurance technician at Saputo. There, she experienced food production firsthand, and learned about the importance of food safety and quality systems. After working in the busy production environment, she transitioned to a quieter back-office role as a quality systems technician for Tree House Foods. In this role, she learned about the technical side of the food industry and how products got commercialized from field to plate. She then transitioned into the regulatory realm, working at Kerry as a regulatory specialist. After starting a family, she took a break from the workforce and returned to work at ESB Compliance Partners, assisting with TraceGains onboarding and technical support. She now utilizes the skills, knowledge and experiences she has garnered over the years to help clients succeed in implementing their own food safety and quality systems. She loves to spend time with her family, cook and travel.
